following in mY HUGELY TALENTED fathers footsteps I JOINED HIS TEAM OF CRAFTSMAN EARLY ON TO LEARN ALL THAT I COULD ABOUT THE BUSINESS. AS A YOUNGSTER, I WAS NOTHING MORE THAN A 'GOPHER', RUNNING AFTER TOOLS OR ANYTHING ELSE THE GUYS NEEDED AT THE TIME, BUT IT WASN'T LONG BEFORE IT WOULD EVOLVE INTO BIGGER THINGS. EVENTUALLY, I WAS HELPING TO BUILD SOME OF THE MOST AMAZING HOMES I'VE EVER SEEN, OR HELPING TO INSTALL CABINETS IN SOMEONES NEW KITCHEN. I'VE HAD SOME GREAT TEACHERS TO LEARN FROM OVER THE YEARS AND WAS ABLE TO WITNESS MY FATHER (LITERALLY) DESIGN AND BUILD THINGS THAT TOTALLY BLEW MY MIND.

Custom Epoxy Countertops:We WILL work together and discuss the desired look you wish to achieve WITH YOUR NEW COUNTERTOPS. Epoxy countertops are the latest trend in surface treatments. It consists of a CLEAR resin and hardener that are mixed together at a 1 to 1 ratio then poured out on the newly built substrate. The magic happens when the artisan adds different pigments and dyes to the epoxy, and then EMPLOYS multiple techniques to move and meld it all TOGETHER, EVENTUALLY CREATING the look they were AFTER. I'M NORMALLY TRYING TO MIMIC THE BEAUTY OF MOTHER NATURE AND RE-CREATE A SLAB OF MARBLE OR OTHER NATURAL STONE. ONCE THE EPOXY HAS CURED, I WILL COME BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY AND APPLY A 2-PART POLYASPARTIC TOPCOAT, WHICH GIVES IT A NATURAL LOOK AND IT'S EXTREME DURABILITY. YOU WILL FIND THAT WITH THIS FINAL TOPCOAT THE PRODUCT IS VERY DURABLE AND EVEN HEAT RESISTANT.

A couple of the most obvious are: 1. the color selection is BASICALLY ENDLESS UNLIKE real stone WHERE YOU ARE LIMITED TO THE AVAILABLE SLABS. 2. unlike NATURAL stone it's a totally seamless look once installed. 3. And of course another reason for using epoxy for your next projecT IS THAT YOU WILL HAVE SOMETHING HAND MADE THAT nobody else will EVER have.
